Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or post office.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange item within 5-7 business days.
